Batwing

The goal of this exercise is to keep the image as one and clear.

  1. Unfold the batwing and place the two anchors into their appropriately marked slot.

2. Once the batwing has been set up . Place the batwing such that the tips of the wing are at “0” on both sides.

3. Place the cards ending in “R” on the right side, and the card ending in “L” on the left side on the correct side of the batwing.

4. Place your nose on the plastic part of the batwing and view through the mirrors there.

5. When viewing through the mirrors of the batwing at the “0” position you should notice the two images as one.

For convergence exercises : Bring the wings in and see how far you can get until the images are no longer one.

For divergence exercises : Bring the wings out and see how far you can get until the images are no longer one.
