APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED WITH THE FULL NAME AND INFORMATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR. IF YOU ARE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CHILD THEN PLEASE SELECT THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE BASED ON THEIR AGE, AND FILL IN ALL THE INFORMATION WITH YOUR CHILD'S INFORMATION (NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, HEALTH CARD ETC), NOT YOUR OWN. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE PLEASE CALL US TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT INSTEAD.
To add a family member to your account so you can book appointments for them:
- Click Book My Appointment below
- On the top right click Sign In
- On the left side please click Family Members and add any family members you want
- Then click Book An Appointment on the top right
- When you select the appointment time it will give you the option to schedule for one of your family members.
Please read through all our services to ensure you've selected the correct service.
Please don't forget to fill out your medical intake form after your booking.
You can cancel or change your appointment through our online booking system.
If you are a current patient of ours and are currently experiencing an eye emergency please use the form below to request an urgent appointment. Please note that urgent care is only available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm and Fridays 10am-3pm.
