Circle Pull Aparts

This exercise is to be done with your red green glasses on, where the red lens is over the right eye. The goal of this exercise is to have the big circle as one through the entire time.

  1. Place the circles in the light shelf/clear holder . The green circle sheet is to be placed on top and of the red circle sheet.

2. Line up the sheets in the bottom right corner such that the “Tranaglyph series 500” of the green and red sheets are matching over top of one another.

3. Once lined up, make sure the green and red sheets are at the "zero" position. The arrows should be pointed at the zero at the top and bottom.

4. For convergence exercises : Move the green circle slowly to the left. Stop moving when the circle is no longer one, and you can see it split as two separate large circles. Mark the number at the bottom of the sheet as “Break”. Move the green circle slowly back to the right towards “zero” until you are able to make it as one circle again. Mark the number at the bottom of the sheet as “Recovery”. Continue working and see if you can increase the number of your break and recovery.

5. For Divergence exercise : Move the green circle slowly to the right. Stop moving when the circle is no longer one, and  you can see it split as two seperate large circles. Mark the number at the top of the sheet as “Break”. Move the green circle slowly back to the left towards “0” until you are able to make it as one circle again. Mark the number at the bottom of the sheet as “Recovery”. Continue working and see if you can increase the number of your break and recovery.
