Service Description

All diabetic patients are covered by OHIP for one eye exam a year. Please bring a list of your diabetic medication. You will receive a glasses prescription, as well as a dilated fundus exam to check the health of your eyes.

Cancellation Policy

Please give our office a call at 289-997-3385 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or changes to your appointment to avoid a charge.
