At The Eye Clinic Mississauga, Dr. Marina Ceaus and Dr. Glenda Thai share the same core values of care, connection, and contribution in every aspect of patient care. Both are proud graduates of the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science, and together they bring over 15 years of experience serving the Mississauga community. After many years in Streetsville, they have recently relocated their practice to Port Credit, creating a welcoming space designed for families of all ages to feel at home during their eye exams.
Dr. Ceaus and Dr. Thai provide comprehensive family eye care, with advanced training in specialized areas:

Dr. Marina Ceaus has additional expertise in Paediatrics, Vision Therapy, Binocular Vision Disorders (including Strabismus and Amblyopia), and Myopia Management.

Dr. Glenda Thai has additional expertise in Glaucoma Management, Myopia Management, and Orthokeratology (Ortho-K).
To best serve the diverse community, Dr. Ceaus provides eye exams in English and Romanian, while Dr. Thai offers care in both English and Cantonese.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ceaus enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, often exploring local parks in search of the best slides and swings. Dr. Thai is passionate about fitness and can often be found training for half-marathons, or relaxing with her husband and their cats.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Emily Sloot, Doctor of Optometry, to The Eye Clinic Mississauga. As of December 1st, 2025, Dr. Sloot has officially joined our practice and continues her long-standing commitment to providing exceptional eye care in Port Credit and Mississauga.
Dr. Sloot has been proudly serving the Port Credit community for many years, offering comprehensive eye exams and personalized vision care for children, adults, and families. She is known for her calm, patient-centered approach and her dedication to building long-term relationships based on trust, education, and compassionate care.
With experience in family eye care, routine eye exams, and preventive vision health, Dr. Sloot believes in taking the time to listen to her patients and ensure they feel informed and confident in their eye health decisions.
